Secfi Advisory Limited and Secfi Limited (each, an "Adviser" and collectively, the "Advisers"), are wholly owned subsidiaries of Secfi, Inc. The Advisers do not provide any type of investment, securities, tax, or brokerage advice or services to the Shareholders in any capacity.
